As an Olympics and social media enthusiast, I am very excited for this year’s games. After reading this Mashable article about the first “social games,” I was intrigued by the huge differences between social media for the 2008 summer games versus now. These facts were so striking, I thought they were completely worthy of an infographic to help envision the differences.
